We know you need precise, well machined parts fast – and we’re here to provide. Zedco specializes in small to medium-sized jobs, from 1 to 10,000+ units, with the capability to handle a wide range of sizes and needs. We’re also highly experienced in rapid prototyping, and our services are PPAP-ready.
Our machining and grinding systems are capable of tolerances as small as 0.0002″ – while still working on large pieces. We can handle material masses of 6,000 pounds or more. Complex geometries aren’t a problem either, thanks to our multiaxial CNC systems.
Large Format Machining
Need a big piece? Zedco can handle it. We can work with material masses up to 6,000 pounds, even if they have complicated geometries. Even larger pieces are also possible but will require special consultation and accommodations.

Our CNC mill with multiaxial functions is capable of replicating complex geometries. Our CNC systems can work on nearly any material you need, including metals, woods, plastics, and composites. All you need to do is supply your needs, and we'll do the rest.

With highly experienced CAD experts on staff, we can also recreate virtually any part based on a single example. It can be rebuilt in CAD files for replication, and our designers can often even suggest improvements to the design for better long-term results.
